Description
Labradorite is an import feldspar gemstone. It often displays a beautiful iridescent play of colors, which can move as the stone is rotated. Labradorite gemstones usually have a dark base color with metallic-cooking color plays of yellow golden and green. The iridescent effect is commonly known as labradorescence . It is caused by internal fracture that reflect light back and forth, dispersing it into different color.
I choose all my stones with the tree of life wire wrapping in mind or my brass filigree wrapped stones. I find stones that will have landscaping features which seem to be perfectly created for this purpose or are, in themselves, just beautiful gifts from our earth.
All gemstones are labeled and described to the best of my knowledge.
